6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including:

8. Termination and Suspension

  • Settling outstanding payments

We may terminate or suspend access for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Illegal or harmful activities

8.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to services will cease immediately
  • Outstanding obligations remain in effect
  • Data retention policies will apply
  • Confidentiality obligations continue

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts in Istanbul.

9.2 Dispute Resolution Process

Step 1: Direct Negotiation

Parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations for 30 days.

Step 2: Mediation

If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to mediation through Istanbul Chamber of Commerce.

Step 3: Arbitration/Litigation

Final disputes may proceed to arbitration or Turkish court litigation as appropriate.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Future Enerji regarding your use of our services.

10.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:

  • Direct communication for significant changes
  • 30-day advance notice for material modifications

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
